Depending on the status of the Booking and Appointments, you may not be able to make additional amendments.
If you need to cancel or amend a booking but the option is disabled, you will have to contact the Helpdesk. We will inform you if a language professional is not available by email or phone by 12:00PM the day before the booking is due.
