Select a staff member by clicking on their name.

Click "Uploaded Evidence"

Click the blue plus icon.

Click the "Title *" field.

Enter a Title for the growth plan.

Click the "Description" field and enter a description.

Click the "Choose a file \*" to select the completed growth plan document from a file on your computer. Growth plan guidance and templates can be found in the Supervisor Toolbox Google Drive folder from HR.

Click "Upload" to attach the growth plan document.
