Eduphoria Strive: How to Electronically Sign a Document

Alert! If you **AND** your appraisee/appraiser have not set up your/their Eduphoria security question in your/their profile yet, you will see the error below. **Both of you** **will not be able to sign a document** in Eduphoria **until after both of you** set up your/their **security question and answer**. You will be set to sign multiple documents after setting up your security question).

Open Eduphoria through[ClassLink.](https://launchpad.classlink.com/hutto)

Click Strive.

Click "My Process"

Click on a drop down.

Select the document's name that displays "Electronic Signature Required"

Once the document is open, click "Sign" in the top right corner.

Click Your Name. If the signature page does not load, try [clearing your cache and cookies](https://scribehow.com/shared/Clear_Cache_and_Cookies_and_Update_Chrome__4dI2l8SZSf23GdQn2TIutQ) and/or try opening Eduphoria in an incognito window (ctrl+shift+n). If you still are not able to sign your document, you can call Eduphoria support at 855-997-0411.

If you receive this notification, this means you and/or your appraiser have not set up a security question yet. Users can set up their security question in their Eduphoria profile by [following these steps](https://scribehow.com/viewer/How_to_ChangeSetup_Your_ClassLink_Security_Question_and_Password_in_Eduphoria__T6YPeoROQQiQOPim-8Sh6Q). You only have to set up your security question one time for all evaluations.
