Email Settings & Options

In this tutorial you will see the different email settings available on Squeegee.

Please note the Two-Way Email setting is only available on the ***Advanced*** and up plans.

Go to Settings > Notifications & Messages.

Then click into 'Email Settings'.

You will then see the different email settings available including: - Squeegee One Way - Custom Two Way - Microsoft

You can set up one way email - this means that emails will be sent from the email: service@squeeg.ee and replies will come to the email that you set in the 'Reply-To Email' field. If you do not set a reply-to email, customers will not be able to reply to you.

You could also choose to use the Custom Two Way option, where you can enter your own email addresses and receive the replies in Squeegee. All emails sent/received from/to the email used to sign up will be routed through Squeegee.

You also have the option to connect two way email with your Microsoft hotmail, outlook or Office 365 account (please be aware that this feature is currently in beta). This is the two-way option for those whose email host is Microsoft.

In terms of Squeegee Credits - 1 credit will be used for every 100 emails sent or received when connecting your own email account to Squeegee two way emails.

You also enter emails onto a blocklist so that you can avoid any unwanted inbound emails for two way emails. Once you have entered the email, click 'Add'.
