Employer Registration Guide for Pima Community College’s MyCareerLink

This guide walks employers through registering for Pima Community College’s MyCareerLink. All employer accounts are reviewed to verify legitimacy and help maintain a safe, trusted recruiting environment for PCC students.

Navigate to <https://careerservices.pima.edu>

Use the left-side menu to click **EMPLOYERS**

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click **MyCareerLink** in the footer.

You will be taken to the MyCareerLink login portal. Choose the second option labeled **Employer**.

Click **Sign Up** to begin employer registration.

Click in the **Organization Name** field and begin typing your company’s name. If your organization has previously registered with PCC, it may appear in the dropdown list. Select it if available. If not, continue entering the full company name to create a new organization profile.

In the **Description** field, provide a brief overview of your organization, including its mission and primary services.

Select the industry that best represents your organization.

Select the type of organization that best represents your organization.

Select the number of employees that best represents your organization.

In the **Website** field, enter the full URL of your organization’s official website.

Upload your organization’s official logo by selecting the file from your computer. JPG or PNG files are commonly used. **Note:** A company logo is required to complete registration. If your organization already has an existing profile, the previously uploaded logo will remain on file. If your organization does not have a formal logo, you may upload a simple image that displays your company name.

Select **Yes** or **No** to indicate whether your organization is interested in partnership opportunities with Pima Community College.

If you selected **Yes**, choose one or more partnership opportunities from the dropdown menu.

Under **Services Requested**, select all services your organization would like to utilize. At least **one option** must be selected to complete registration.

**Contact Information**\ Complete this section by providing your salutation, full name, organizational title, division, email address, and phone number.

**Address**\ Complete the Address section by entering your organization’s country, street address, city, state, and zip code.

**Employer User Agreement**\ Review the Employer User Agreement by selecting the provided link. To continue, select the **agreement checkbox** to confirm acceptance of the terms.

**Submit Registration**\ After selecting the agreement checkbox, click **Submit** to complete your registration. Please allow 1–2 business days for review and approval. All employer accounts are verified prior to access being granted to ensure a safe and trusted experience for our students.

After clicking **Submit**, you will see a confirmation message stating: > Thank you for registering. You will receive your username and password by email once your registration has been approved. **Note:** You will receive a confirmation email. Access will be granted upon approval. Please monitor your inbox for further communication.
