Enable Printer Monitoring

Printer monitoring is an additional feature within directprint.io. If you have the monitoring license applied or have an active trial, you will need to configure you printers in directprint.io enable SNMP V2c reporting.

Directprint

Navigate to [https://directprint.io/admin](https://directprint.io/admin)

Click "Printer network"

Click "Printer list"

In the monitoring column, click "X" to enter the SNMP configuration screen.

Click the "Enable SNMP" dropdown

Select "SNMP V2c" from the options.

Click on "Save changes"

To see the monitoring enabled printer naviate to "Monitoring"

Your monitoring enabled printer should be listed.

You will need to ensure that at least one user in your organization has this printer allocated to them through the directprint.io driver for it to succesfully report data back to the directprint.io platform.
