Please note that Two-Factor Authentication has been enabled on all Squeegee accounts as a mandatory requirement as of 1st July 2026,
This feature is ***account specific*** and will need to be set up for each user - users won't be able to see if any other login has this setting enabled. It will appear each time you login to help keep your account secure.
1
Go to 'Profile'.
2
Then click into 'Two Factor Authentication'.
3
You will then see the different authenticator options that are available, these include: - Authenticator (app like Google Authenticator) - SMS - Email
4
Select which method suits you best, for this example I will use email.
5
Enter the email address that you would like to receive authenticator prompts to, then click 'Continue'.
6
You will then receive a pop up to enter the verification code that was sent to your chosen email (it will last for 90 seconds). You have the option to resend the code if you didn't receive it.
7
Once you have entered the code, you will receive a confirmation pop up that two factor authentication has been enabled for that email address.
8
You will then be able to see this in your profile and edit or disable it at any point.
