How to read Engagement

**Engagement** is presented using three tiles:\ \ **Trials -** This section shows the trials in which the patient is engaged and the patient’s current status in each trial.

**Orange dot:** Additionally, the system indicates whether the patient is actively engaged in any trial. When the patient is actively participating in at least one trial, an orange dot appears. Orange dot is displayed when patient in at least one trial has status: - Screening - Run-In - Ongoing - Follow-up If the patient has any other status, the orange dot will not be shown.

**Prescreening -** This section displays the prescreening lists in which the patient is included and their corresponding status.

**Recruitment -** This section displays the recruitment lists in which the patient is included and their corresponding status.

**Orange dot:** Additionally, the system indicates whether the patient is actively engaged in any recruitment. When the patient is actively participating in at least one recruitment, an orange dot appears. Orange dot is displayed when patient in at least one trial [[has status]]: - New - In progress If the patient has any other status, the orange dot will not be shown.

Where to find Engagement

On patients' list, when you click icon in Engagement column

System will display a modal window with all information

In Patient Search

In Recruitment panel

**Engagement** is available at both levels: Organization and Site. At Site level visibility of Engagement (if user sees Engagement from all sites or only from logged in site) depends on user configuration.
