Enter edit mode on the reservation. \ Select the [[Guest Info ]]tab.

Ensure you select GUEST INFO, not GUESTS.

Full Guest Folio information consists of:\ \ **First**, **Middle**, **Last Name** (as it appears on the passport) \ **Date of Birth** in MM/DD/YYYY format \ **Phone Number** set as Primary\ **Mailing Address**\ **Valid Passport Information**\ **Guest Email** Address\ **Emergency contact Name, Phone, Relationship** (not traveling with guest)

Enter/Edit guest information as it shows on their passport. 1. Toggle between guest 1 and guest 2 2. Passport information 3. First Name, Last Name, DOB, Phone Number, Mailing Address, and email

**Double-check all name spelling before saving.** Once entered and saved, a guest's last name cannot be changed, and correcting it will require a manual correction request.

### Update Passport Information 1. Open the **Guest Folio** and select **[[Passport Information]]**. 2. Enter the following details: - **Passport Number** - **Date of Issue** (MM/DD/YYYY) - **Date of Expiration** (MM/DD/YYYY) - **Country of Issue** 3. Click **OK** to save.

### Emergency Contact Details In the **Emergency Contact** dropdown, provide the following: - **Contact Name** - **Relationship** - **Phone Number** - **Email** (Optional, but recommended)

Click [[Save & Continue]] to save guest folio.
