Enter Agent Banking Information
This process is for paying agents their commissions via EFT. This is not for agents submitting payments or paying invoices.

From the "Agents" tab, click the "Active" option.

Search for the Agent using the "Name" field.

Once the result populates, click on the "Action" button.

The Profile for the Agent will display.

Click the "Commission Details" button.

Click the "Add Bank Account" button.
The Label field is useful because it’s what displays to help distinguish between multiple bank accounts.

Use the "Bank Account Type" dropdown menu to select the type of Account. The rest of the information needs to be filled out.

Click "Save"

Set default Settlement Preferences for Agent

From the Commission Detail page, click the "Edit Prefs" button.

Using the dropdown menu, select Paper Check or EFT.

If EFT is the selected payment method, specify which bank account should be used by default.

On the "Email Address for EFT" field, add the email address for the Agent to receive the EFT Payment Receipt.

Click the "Apply for all open transactions" checkbox for the settlement instructions to be applied towards any pending deals.

Click "Save"
