When you enter the cycle details for each of your observation cycles, be sure to note the time of the observation...

As part of each observation you will also need to enter some activity information here.

Note that the interface recommends a range for the selected dimension based on the indicator ratings. These are recommendations and the observer can enter any value, but should be aware when their rating and indicators are showing a mismatch.

We also require you to upload an image of your notes or evidence. A variety of image formats work here.

You will be shown a warning about not being able to edit after submitting. If you are confident you have completed the observation click submit. Once submitted you will be shown a summary page where you can download the report of the observation. You can also access your observations on the CLASS Data Reports dropdown under observations.
