Entering a Pathway (without Alert)

Once the Carevive Dashboard for a patient has been accessed, the following steps will show you how to enter an assessment pathway

Navigate to the selected patient's Carevive Dashboard

Click "Actions"

Click "Launch Triage"

Select one or more desired pathways for your assessment

Tip! If multiple pathways are selected, you may toggle your view using the selection tool in the right upper corner of the tool. Each pathways must be individually completed or sent for review

Click "Start Triage"

Enter responses from the patient's health record and/or your conversation with them

Tip! Every item on the page must have a response entered for the algorithm to calculate the best recommendations for the identified patient scenario

Click "Next" to advance through the assessment pages and save the responses

You may also navigate by clicking on the assessment pages on the left menu of the pop-up

Click "Next" every time an assessment page is complete or has been updated to save the new information
