Event Display on CBMC Website(s)

This guide provides essential steps for managing event visibility on the CBMC websites, important for ensuring proper audience access. By following the instructions, users can easily toggle the privacy settings of their events, controlling whether they are public or private. Viewing this guide is crucial for anyone responsible for event management who wants to optimize their event's online presence.

Anyregistration

Navigate to [AnyRegistration.com](https://AnyRegistration.com) and click on the event title to open the dashboard

Notice the **privacy icons** on the events. This icon indicates that the event is set up as a private event, meaning not visible online. **Click** on the event title to open the event's dashboard.

Click "**Edit Event**"

On the ***Overview tab***, check the checkbox '***Is Private Event***' accordingly If the privacy checkbox is checked, the event **will not** display online. If the privacy checkbox is unchecked, the event integration will automatically pull the event details into the CBMC CRM system and **will populate** the event onto the CBMC websites (national and local sites).

Click 'Save' at the bottom of the page

Tip! It can take up to an hour for the event to display on the websites.
