Click the "Register Now" Button

Click "You are not logged in. Click to log in for streamlined registration and member options." Be sure to click from the option in the lower red bar.

Enter your credentials. Your username will be your email address. If you don't remember your password, you can click "Forgot Your Password?" to receive an email to set a new password. Click "Login"

Complete the Registration Contact Information. If you are registering yourself, use your information here. If you are registering on behalf of someone else or a group, use your information here. Registration contacts receive invoices, receipts and other reminders pertaining to the registration. You'll complete attendee information for your booth personnel in a different step.

Click "CONTINUE TO ITEMS"

Click "+" next to Exhibitor Booth Personnel.

Make sure the quantity matches the total number of booth personnel you'd like to register, including both complimentary and any additional personnel. The price listed in the Total column does not account for complimentary personnel. You'll reduce this price to account for your complimentary personnel on the payment screen. Click "CONTINUE TO ATTENDEES"

Complete all required fields for all of your booth personnel. If you are not sure who will be staffing your booth, it is okay to use placeholder information. You can make substitutions later through the portal. Please use unique email addresses for all booth personnel to maintain clean records. DO NOT list the same email address for all personnel.

Select "Exhibitor" as your Badge Types.

Save your spot at the Whiskey River All Attendee Party. The reception is free to attend, but we ask for an RSVP to ensure an accurate estimate for participation.

Provide your t-shirt size.

Select if this is your first-time attending Safety+.

Don't Forget to Scroll down and complete all of the required information for all of your booth personnel. Your registration will not be completed without all required information. If you are still deciding who will be attending from your company, please use your best estimates to complete registration. VPPPA Members can [edit registrant information later](https://scribehow.com/viewer/Edit_Attendee_Information_and_Make_Substitutions_VPPPA_Members__rTEpKd6IQVKmw65LkFr1pA?referrer=workspace) through their member portal. \*NOTE: Changes that impact the price of the registration cannot be made through the portal.

Click "CONTINUE TO PAYMENT"

To redeem your complimentary booth personnel, click "Select A Benefit..." in the Use Member Benefits section on the Payment Screen.

Select Safety+ Exhibitor.

Click "APPLY BENEFITS." This will reduce your total amount due to reflect any complimentary personnel.

If you are registering additional personnel, you can complete your registration payment by credit card.

Complete the CAPTCHA by checking the Box.

To complete your registration, click "Submit Registration." A copy of your confirmation email will be sent to all personnel email addresses as well as the Registration Contact. If you selected to be billed later, you'll receive a link to online bill pay in the confirmation email. Payments are due before the next registration rate period begins. Registrations with outstanding balances after the registration period deadlines are subject to price increases to the corresponding registration rate. To redeem Complimentary Booth Personnel, please register personnel by August 21. All registrations must be paid in full in order to receive a badge onsite at Safety+.
