Export Bank Control Account Report Steps

Navigate to [https://app.thriveaccounts.com/](https://app.thriveaccounts.com) and open the Bank module.

Click "Bank Control Account"

Click "Run Report"

Here Thrive will list the Opening Balance in each currency used for the bank control account, along with transactions on the system such as Bank Receipts and Bank Transfers. On the left of the report will be the transaction type and the currency,

And on the right will be the value in the currency listed, then your home currency.

The totals are found at the bottom of the report - first, your home currency, followed by any foreign currencies used. Lastly, a grand total will be listed.

There are several options for filtering the report, such as a specific General Ledger Account used as a bank control account,

a range of accounting periods,

and choosing whether or not to show opening balances.

Lastly, you can export your report to a CSV file or to a PDF using the download icons in the top right.
