Export your leads

Learn how to export lead data, including media files, from the show. This guide will walk you through accessing the data from lead scanners of your entire team, and exporting your data in both Excel and ZIP formats.

The lead dashboard is a central place where all the leads from your staff will appear. Your staff can also download their own leads that they scanned on their mobile app. Other staff members will not be able to see each others leads if they download them on the mobile app. The primary contact at on our e-zone will be the only person to see all the leads.

Click "Lead Scanner"

Click "ACCESS HERE"

Click "Lead Dashboard"

A new tab will open and you will be pulled through to this login screen. If you are the primary account holder on the e-zone you will get a email with the login details. If you need assistance locating you login details, please contact [sthorn@nineteengroup.com](mailto:sthorn@nineteengroup.com) who can assist

Click "Leads"

All your leads from all your staff will be displayed here. This gets uploaded in real time. So even if you're not attending the event itself, you can have sight of the leads back in the office! To get a full breakdown of a individual lead, just click on the person.

This screen will loads of the person you clicked on, giving you more in depth details

To export the data, click as below

Next click as below and the file will go to your downloads in the browser

If your sales agents took picture or added voice notes on their mobile app, then click as below and the media files will also download
