Export your team's contacts Alliance Northwest event platform.

As an exhibitor, you can pull all contacts your team has made at the event through the platform. If you download all lead data, you will find a list of attendees who scheduled meetings, bookmarked your booth profile, downloaded documents or viewed your advertisement.

Swapcard

Navigate to <https://app.swapcard.com/event/alliance-northwest-2025>

Open the menu next to your image or initials.

Select Exhibitor Center - this opens a new tab

If this is not your first year, select this year's booth profile.

The Team Contact export is on the Home page Click "Download"

Or in the leads drop down, Click "Export"

You can Export all lead data and details by selecting the "Export all leads" radio button

You can select to download a subset of leads by selecting the "Define..." radio button and changing the parameters

Select "Start export" button and save to your computer

Click "AI Recommended leads" shows contacts you haven't made yet. Send them a connection request to continue communicating
