1. Export Data from Ag Leader SMS

Right click here

Click Export

Click on "Export to a Generic File Format"

Click "Start Generic File Export Process..."

Click "Comma delimited text (*.csv)"

Click "Export Settings - Comma delimited text (*.csv)"

Click "Property"
Tip! We need a Date Column in order to import the Soil Sample Results. The following steps will add a Date and Year Column.

Click "Management Item Type"

Click "Dataset"

Click "Date"

Click "Add >>"
Alert! If Date doesn't exist, export the Year - the results will be loaded under the January 1 of the year.

Click "Management Item Type"

Click "Year"

Click "Year Number"

Optional: Follow these next step to save this template so you can load it for future fields

Click "Save Template...", give it a name, then click Save

Click "OK" to save preferences.

Click "Export to Selected File Format..."

Give you file a name, then Click "Save". Make sure to note where your file was saved!
2. Upload file to VRAFY

At www.VRAFY.com, Click "Returning Users"

Enter your name

Click "Soil Test Results or Yield Data" and browse for your file

Select your file, then Open
