Exporting Strategyzer Canvases to PowerPoint

This guide shows you how to export a canvas from Strategyzer directly to PowerPoint format for presentations and sharing. The process takes about 30 seconds once you know the steps.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Access your project dashboard

Select your project

Open your workspace

If you can see your canvas displayed in the workspace, click on the canvas **title/name** located above the canvas to select the canvas for export. \ \ **Skip to Step 7**

Alternatively, if your canvas isn't visible in the current workspace, please go to the **"Assets"** section. Find your desired canvas in the assets list. Click the **3 dots (**···) to the right of the canvas name.\ \ **Move to Step 6 directly below**

Select **"Export"** from the dropdown menu.\ \ **Move to Step 9**

With your canvas selected, click the **3 dots (**···) on the right side of the canvas name. A dropdown menu will appear with multiple options.\ \ **Move to Step 8.**

Click **"Export"** from the dropdown menu.\ \ **Move to Step 9 below.**

A popup window will appear with export options. Click **"Export canvas to PPT...".** This will prepare your canvas in PowerPoint format.

Click the **"Download"** button. The file will be saved to your default downloads folder. Wait for the download to complete (usually takes a few seconds)

Navigate to your downloads folder. Double-click the downloaded file to open it in Microsoft PowerPoint. Your canvas is now ready for presentation or further editing

## Troubleshooting Common Issues \ Please ensure all sticky notes are inside the canvas itself or if outside, at least touching the lines of the canvas in order for them to be exported. If the stickies are fully outside the canvas, they will not be exported. **Download Not Starting?** - Check if pop-ups are blocked in your browser - Disable ad blockers temporarily - Try using a different browser (Chrome in Incognito mode is recommended) **Canvas Looks Different in PowerPoint?** - This is normal - some formatting may adjust for PowerPoint compatibility - Use PowerPoint's formatting tools to make minor adjustments as needed ## Alternative Methods If the above steps don't work, you can also: - Take a high-quality screenshot of your canvas
