Extension of a Professional Registration

This guide provides a step-by-step process for extending a player's Professional Registration following mutual agreement by the player and club. These instructions clearly outlining necessary actions, ensuring that users can efficiently manage professional player registrations on behalf of their clubs.

In [MyComet](https://comet.irishfa.com/mycomet), click on **My Club**

Select the **Players** tab

Select which player who's registration you plan to extend

Select the **Contract** tab

In the **Contracts** sections, click on **Add Annex**

Enter the mandatory contract extension information

Then click on **Save**

Click on the Entered status **Extension**

In the **Documents** section, click on the add **Contract** icon.

Click on **Choose** and navigate to the contract file on your device

Click on the current status icon and select **SUBMIT**

Click on the **tick** icon to change the registration status to **SUBMITTED**

The IrishFA will then review the documentation and will **CONFIRM** the Contract and Registration if everything is in order. If not, the contract will be returned to the club for resubmission.
