Go to Settings > Jobs & Scheduling.

Due to edits, some of these settings may not be in the same order as in your Squeegee app. You can use the 'Search settings' field at the top of the Settings list to search for any of these settings.

User Capacity

You can determine your users' capacity by clicking into 'Per User Workload Capacity'.

From here, you'll be able to specify whether the capacity is determined based on: - Number of Jobs - Value of Jobs

Adjust the capacity in the value field and ensure to click 'SAVE'.

Planner View Adjustment Options

Click into 'Work Planner Bar Sizes' to adjust whether the height of the bars in the Work Planner is calculated by 'Number Of Jobs' or 'Value Of Jobs', and if the bar is compared against jobs from 'This Week' or 'This Month'.

Once you have adjusted the settings to your preference, click 'Save'.

These are the 'bars' that will be adjusted by this setting.

You can enable 'Pin Chart Area in Work Planner'.

Once enabled, it will keep this section visible as you scroll down the jobs in the Work Planner.

You can also toggle on 'Pin Workload Bar in Multi Planner'.

Once turned on, it will keep the row of users/teams and their workload visible as you scroll down the Multi Planner.

For the Multi Planner view, you will also have the option to 'Load One Week or Four Weeks'. If enabled, it'll show four weeks at a time. If disabled, it will only show one.

You can adjust how many jobs to display in the Multi Planner by clicking into 'Multi Planner Job Display Limit', adjusting the maximum amount of jobs and clicking 'SAVE'.

Default Job Data

You can set the Default Job Frequency here as well, this means that when you enter a new job or quote, this will be the frequency that it defaults to - you will still be able to edit this to fit the individual job schedule. Once you are happy, click 'Done'.

You can also set a Default Job Duration time here with the 'Default Job Duration' option. Once you have finished, click 'Save'.

You will be able to choose a user/team that work is assigned to by default when added, however you can still adjust this to fit the individual job preferences. Simply click 'Default Assignee' and select your desired default assignee from the list.

You will also be able to set a 'Default Job Service(s). Choose your desired service(s) and click 'DONE'.

You can enable the 'Prefill assignee and rounds from the last updated job' if you want new jobs to use the most recently updated job to prefill the same assignees and rounds.

Job Scheduling/Ordering

When 'Reset/Hide Overdue Jobs on Complete' is enabled, overdue occurrences will be reset or hidden before the next is completed.

You can turn on the setting 'Ignore Already Planned Jobs When Rescheduling'. This means that if a user attempts to reschedule a job to a date when it is already planned, it will leave the job on the original date.

You can also enable 'Make appointments unassigned when replanning'. This means when appointments are replanned, they will become unassigned even if there is a default assignee set in settings.

Please also note the 'Prompt to group customer's jobs when replanning' toggle. If enabled, and a customer has multiple jobs on the same day, and you replan one of them, you'll be prompted to replan the others with it.

You can click 'Predefined Frequencies' if you want to add some predefined job frequencies. If added, these will show as a selectable list in the 'Schedule' section when adding or editing a job.

You can then also enable/disable 'Only Show Predefined Frequencies On Job Schedules', depending on whether you want to be able to manually adjust schedules, or if you just want to be able to choose from your predefined list.

Enable the 'Job Ordering Lock' so that only admins can update the order of jobs.

You can set how many appointments will show in the appointments when viewing a job on a customer, choosing between 1-10.

When adding a job, you'll usually be able to decide whether to *Price by Job* or *Price by Service*. If you only want to be able to *Price by Service*, you can enable 'Jobs Priced by Service Only' and 'ENABLE'. If you enable this, this will update all jobs currently priced by job. If multiple services are detected in the job, the tag #!priced_by_job will be applied. You should update the affected jobs to properly reflect the price of each service. Single service jobs will have the job price copied onto the service.

Finally, you will see the 'Hide Ad Hoc Frequency Option'. If enabled, you will only be able to set a schedule as recurring when adding/editing jobs

Navigation & Day Pilot

When navigating, you'll be asked to choose between using either the address or coordinates. If you enable the 'Automatically Choose Navigation Method', then the system will automatically choose to use the coordinates, or the address if coordinates are unavailable.

Enable the 'Show Day Notes in Day Pilot' setting if you want to be able to view/edit/delete existing Day Notes from the Day Pilot view.

If you want Day Pilot to always open on today, you'll need to disable the 'Sticky Day Pilot' setting. Enable this if you just want it to open on the last day viewed.

If you always want Day Pilot to open on the optimised route, enable 'Day Pilot Defaults To Optimise Route'.

Job Pause Reasons

If you enable the 'Require Job Schedule Pause Reasons', you'll need to input a reason when attempting to pause a job schedule.

You can set up some predefined job pause reasons by clicking into 'Job Schedule Pause Reasons'.

To do so, click 'New Pause Reason' and enter the reason before clicking 'SAVE'.

You will also then be able to set a description for this reason, before clicking 'SAVE' again.

Appointment Time Window

You can set a default 'Appointment Time Window'. Simply enter the duration in minutes and click 'SAVE'. If you set a Start Time on a job, and you have an appointment time window sent, you can include the \[timeWindow\] token in your appointment reminder template to pull through the full window, e.g. 13:00-15:00.

Remaining Settings

You can toggle on 'Reassign Team Jobs on Completion' so that jobs can be reassigned to the team member that is completing them.

If you require a signature to be obtained upon job completion, you can enable the 'Work Sign Off' setting.

If you have Scheduled Rounds, and want to add a job straight into that round, when you select the frequency picker drop down, the nearest job in each job will be used to order the list.

If enabled, the Availability Type Bar will show the monetary value. If disabled, it will show the default (skills fulfilled).

If you have a quote flow via your portal, you'll be able to enable/disable as to whether you want to 'Show Portal Services When Adding Services To Jobs'.

You can enable 'Set Customer to "inactive" if No Future Appointments' if you want customers to be automatically deactivated upon deactivating/completing/skipping a job.

By default, jobs can be created without selecting a round. However, it to be mandatory to add a round to the job, you can enable the 'Require Rounds For New Jobs' setting.
