Faculty Approved Workload Dashboard

The Faculty Workload Dashboard provides a centralized view of instructional assignments, academic schedules, and workload distribution across terms, departments, and faculty members. The dashboard is designed to help faculty and administrators review teaching assignments, verify workload totals, and ensure equitable distribution of instructional responsibilities.

Go to InsideEWU, log in, and select A-Z index.

Click on Data Hub.

Select FLAC - Faculty Load and Compensation.

Click on Faculty Workload Summary.

Workload currently has academic year 2025-2026 approved workload data. Feel free to select or filter data in support of your workload data.

Filters are available for both instructional and non-instructional workload assignments. Please select your workload data accordingly.

By scrolling down in the dashboard, detailed level scheduling and instructional assignment information is available, including course credit values and workload values.

In the workload details, headers can be expanded for more granular level detail by hovering over the field header and clicking the + icon.

College level details are available here.

Department level details are available here.

When you scroll to the right within the dashboard, more workload data is available.

Scrolling up and down will allow you to see multiple academic years and terms.

At the top of current the dashboard, you may select the detailed level workload dashboard that includes more scheduling and instructor assignment details.
