Once you have a total on the ticket you will ask the guest for their Room number and their ID. Fist step is to verify that the guest is allowed to charge to the room, Press "Inquire PMS" to pull up the guest information.

Type in the guest room number ex "GN406" The property code must go in-front of the room number GN= Golden Nugget GK= Gold King Once you have the information press OK

This will display the guest information, if no information comes out then that means that the gust is not allowed to charge. Click "OK" to exit

Once the information is verified, you will then add the charge to the room. To do that press on "Room Charge"

Confirm the ticket toal amount and then press "OK" until you get to the room nnumber. Type in the guest room number ex "GN406" The property code must go in-front of the room number GN= Golden Nugget GK= Gold King Once you have the information press OK

The Balance will then reflect Zero and a recipe will automatically print.

To Void a room room charge select the ticket number select the ticket then click Delete

This will ask for confirmation to Delete/Void the payment. Press ok "Yes"
