Filter Overview: Layer Data Filter

Learn how to refine your dashboard view by applying filters based on your layer's data. This guide will walk you through selecting multiple categories to precisely narrow down your locations and gain more targeted insights.

Navigate to the funnel icon to open the "Filters" panel.

Navigate to the "Layer Data" filter and click "Edit".

Click "Add filter".

Select the layer you would like to filter on from the layer dropdown.

That layer's data columns will appear below. Choose the column you'd like to use as your layer filter.

Select the values you'd like to use as your filter. You can select values using the checkbox, or search for specific values using the search window.

Click "Done" when you're happy with your selection.

Click "Apply". This will apply your filters to the map. Only the locations belonging to the categories you selected with your layer filter will appear on the map while this filter is applied.

Click the "Edit" tab to adjust your filters.

Click on previously-selected values to deselect them.

Click "Done"

Click "Apply". Your new selection will now appear on the map.

To remove your layer data filters, click "Edit".

Click the trash icon above the filter tab you'd like to remove.

Click "Done". Your map will now go back to displaying all of your locations.
