Filter Submissions by Name of form, Status, Department, and Assignee

Navigate to [https://app.droplet.io/home](https://app.droplet.io/home)

Click "All Submissions"

Click this icon to add filters.

Click here to filter by "form"

Type the name of the form or a keyword from the title of the form. I chose "Conference & Travel Request & Reimbursement"

Click "Conference & Travel Request & Reimbursement"

Click "Add Filter" to pull up all of the "Conference & Travel Request & Reimbursement" forms that you have authority to view.

This will pull up all of the "Conference & Travel Request & Reimbursement" forms.

Click this button to drill down even further.

I chose "status" to drill down for "Conference & Travel Request & Reimbursement" forms that are "completed"

Click the arrow to choose the "completed" filter

Click "Completed"

Click "Add Filter" to show all the "Conference & Travel Request & Reimbursement" that are "completed"

Click the "X" to delete a filter. I am taking off the "completed" filter, so it will go back to sjowing me all of the forms for "Conference & Travel Request & Reimbursement"

You can filter by "department". Here, I will filter for the Purchasing department.

Click the "Find Submissions" field.

Type "purchasing [[enter]]" It is now showing me all of the "Conference & Travel Request & Reimbursement" forms in the Purchasing department.
