Main access

Primary access should be via "Show all coordinations". Usually you won't have an excessive number of open coordinations, so this view will give you a global overview without difficulty.

Main filters

If you work for several companies in a group, it's convenient to filter only by the coordinations of a specific parent company using the "Search by parent company" filter.

If you want to manage the information of a specific employee, use the "Search by employee" filter.

If you're looking to manage information for a specific vehicle or machine, use the "Search by Vehicle / Machine" filter.

Secondary filters

The "Search by coordination" filter is useful if your client works on specific tasks or events, but when they work directly for a company, it is common to have a single coordination.

This filter is very useful for CAE managers, but for external managers, unless many subcontractors are being managed, it is a filter that would only show a single external company.
