Find or List an Event on LiveVictoria

This is a quick guide to checking if an event has already been listed, and if not, listing it yourself.

Navigate to [https://livevictoria.com/](https://livevictoria.com/)

Click the magnifying glass icon in the top right.

Type part of the name of the event. Some auto-suggestions may come up, or you can click enter to have it do a full search through everything in the database. \ \ If the event already exists, you are done!\ \ If not continue below.

If you need to list the event, click the plus sign in the top right of the site.

Click "List a Physical Single Date or Recurring Event"

Enter your email address.\ \ If you don't have an account, one will be created for you. If you already have an account, you will be asked for your password. \ \ If you have an account, but don't know your password, go to:\ <https://livevictoria.com/forgot_password> to reset your password, and log in, then start this process again.

Type "RRUU"

Click the "Date" field. and pick the date of the event.

Click the "Venue" field.

Enter the name of the venue (Do not include the address) This will match a venue in our venue database..

Click the "Title" field, and enter the title of the show as you wish it to appear.

Enter the name of the artists performing at the event.

If an artist profile exists in the database, it will show you a suggestion, which you can click on.

Enter the name of the promoter or organization presenting the show. This will link the event to their profile, and give them the ability to edit it.

If a match is found in the database, you will be given the option to choose it.

Choose the relevant disciplines / genres for the event.

Choose the "admission model", for example if the show is free, or if there are advance tickets available.

Click here to upload a poster from your computer if you have one.

You can add production credits, for example you can list who the sound engineer is.

Type "Nev Gibson"

Submit the form, and your event listing will be submitted.
