Find or create folders in OneDrive when a file is uploaded for a company in Assembly (formerly Copilot)

Note: This automation requires you to have folders with names that match the company name in Assembly (formerly Copilot).

Make

Navigate to your Make account and create a new scenario

Click the + icon to add the trigger. Search for and select "Copilot"

Search for and select "Watch Created Files"

Click "Add"

Label your webhook

Select or connect your Copilot account

Click "Save"

Click "Copy address to clipboard"

Click "OK"

In a new tab, navigate to [https://dashboard.copilot.com/](https://dashboard.copilot.com/)

Click "Settings"

Click "API"

Click "New webhook"

Label your webhook

Click this text field.

Paste the endpoint URL copied from Make

Click the "Events to send" field.

Type "file"

Click "file.created"

Click "Update"

Click "Confirm"

Switch to tab "New scenario | Make"

Add a new module. Click "Copilot"

Search for and select "Retrieve a File Channel"

Select your Copilot account connection

Click here.

Click "Channel ID"

Click "OK"

Add a new module. Click "Copilot"

Search for and select "Retrieve a Company"

Click here.

Click "Membership Entity ID"

Click "OK"

Add a new module. Search for and select "OneDrive"

Click here.

Click "Click here to choose folder"

Click "/" to choose your root folder. If your company folders exist in another folder, select that folder

Click "Name"

Click "File"

Click "OK"

Type "router"

Add a new module. Search for and select "Router"

Click the tool icon and select "Set up a filter"

Click the "Label" field.

Type "ifFolderIdExists"

Click here.

Click "Item ID"

Click "Text operators: Equal to"

Click "Exists"

Click "OK"

Add a new module in this route. Click "OneDrive"

Click "Item ID"

Click "Name"
