Login to MyMECC and click the MECC HelpDesk tile

Click "IT Services"

To see what topics apply to each category, click the down arrow at the bottom of the category's box.

Repeat this to investigate the other categories. Once you find the appropriate category for your need, click the category title to see tips and/or to Open a Ticket.
