Navigate to your accessibility report.

Click "The HTML content has tables that don't have any headers"

Open the document that Ally has flagged.

Click the drop down option to "Apply a table header".

Select the option that best fits the case.

Click "Apply"

Watch your score change!

You also have the option to open the document within the course shell.

Click "Edit content"

Go to the table you wish to edit.

Apply headers using the "Header Row" or "Header Column" options.

Apply where necessary.

Click "Save".
