This video will guide fleet managers how to take orders and assign drivers and vehicles. Step 1-Sign in the Driver app, you will see the list of available and pending Rides on the home page.For rides that require the driver's vehicle to be consistent, the red logo will be displayed on the diagram, and the fleet manager will need to ensure that the actual service vehicle and the driver are consistent with the assignment

Click to enter the order details page, the details page will display detailed prompt information, please carefully check the special requirements of the order

If the message is too long, click the Expand button to view all the messages

Click "Attention" to view the pick-up time, waiting time, buffer time and other information of the order

Click "Accept" to accept the order

Acceptance of the order requires confirmation, and the confirmation box will remind you of the pick up time and wait time for the order, as well as the buffer time, and in the case of airport orders, the box will display the arrival time of the flight.Click the ''Yes ''button to accept this order

Once the order is accepted, the following judgment will be made according to the current drivers and vehicles in the team: 1. If there is only one driver and one vehicle in the team, the system will assign the order to the only driver and vehicle by default.\ 2. If the team has one driver and multiple cars, the system will assign the order to the only driver by default, and the team manager needs to do it manually\ Designated vehicle.\ 3. If the team has more than one driver and more than one vehicle, the system will temporarily designate the team manager, but the team manager still needs to manually designate the driver and vehicle

How to assign and modify the driver and vehicle for an accepted order that has not yet started, click on the menu navigation icon in the upper left corner

Click "My Rides" menu

Enter to my rides list ，You can view accepted orders

Open the Order Details page and this pop-up will automatically appear for orders that have not yet assigned drivers and vehicles

Fleet manager can click the'' assign now'' to assign the driver and vehicle， selecting the driver and vehicle and clicking the Yes button

How to modify the assigned driver and vehicle, you can click the button on the right side of the driver's vehicle in order details to modify the driver and vehicle. The departing order that has been clicked On my way cannot change the driver and vehicle by itself, you need to contact customer service or the corresponding specialist to modify the order status and then re-driver and vehicle

In order to ensure the actual business requirements, we also support the addition of temporary vehicles when assigning drivers and vehicles, click the Pre-add Vehicle button

On the temporary Vehicle creation page, fill in the simple basic information and click the Finish button to complete the creation

Once the driver and vehicle are assigned, the fleet manager needs to share the trip link with the driver, who can view the order directly through the trip link and update the trip status in real time. Clicking on the Share icon in the upper right corner of the order details

please select the Link type, Dispatch Link will contain the Elife logo, Simple Link will not contain the Elife logo, is for Fleets who wish to keep the origin of the order secret from their drivers

Then you need to choose the way to notify the driver, Send SMS to driver and Copy. When you click Send SMS to Driver, the driver will receive an automatic message containing the Dispatch Link for the order. By clicking Copy, the Dispatch Link is automatically copied to the phone's paste pad, and the fleet manager can paste the copied Dispatch Link and send it to his driver for order service

The driver can directly access the order details page by clicking the link, which supports the driver to view the order information and update the order status in real time. When the team changes the driver, the corresponding link address will change, and the team manager needs to re-share the link to the new driver
