Form an LLC with Bizee (for free)

Search for "Bizee LLC"

Click "The Industry Leader in LLCs | Bizee ® Official Site"

Select the "LLC" option.

Select your state

Click "START MY BUSINESS"

You only need the Basic package - we will walk you through how to get your EIN and other documentation for free.

Click "Basic"

Click "Get Started"

Click the "LLC Name" field.

Type your desired LLC name

Click "Next"

Click "2 business days filing time" if you wish to expedite. This is the only upsell I would consider.

Click "Next"

Fill out your personal information and click "Next"

Click "I’ll use my own address"

Fill in your home address (or any address you wish to use for your business) and click "Next"

Click "Use Suggested"

Click "No thanks" on the upsell package - we will tell you how to get all of these items for free

Select the "1" option if you are the only person running the business

Check both boxes next to your name and address and click "Next"

Click "I would like to act as my own registered agent."

Check both boxes again and click "Next"

Click "No, I don't need Bizee to obtain my EIN." We will tell you how to do this for free.

Click "Next"

Refuse the upsell and click "Next"

Select "Electronic Delivery" and Click "Next"

Click "I'm not interested at this time." and click "Next"

Click "No thanks, I'll do the work myself" and click "Next"

On the order review screen, Click "Next"

Click the check boxes next to your name and address to fill out your payment information. Click "I agree to the Legal Statement and Cancellation Policy." Once you have all your payment information filled out, click "Complete & Pay"

You have officially filed your Articles of Incorporation to start your own LLC! Wait for email updates from Bizee and you state for updates on the progress. Once, the process is complete - follow the guide to obtaining an EIN Number.
