This guide provides simple steps to disconnect your Freestyle Libre CGM from the endo.digital platform to discontinue sharing data with your provider.

Go to LibreView's log in screen. 1. Enter your email address into the "Email Address" textbox. 2. Enter your password into the "Password" textbox. 3. Click the blue "Log In" button.

Next, access your account settings by: 1. Click the three lines in the top right hand corner of the window. 2. Click the blue "Account Settings" link.

Then, you will need to disconnect endo.digital as a connected app by following these steps: 1. Click on "Connected Apps." 2. Click the blue "Manage" button. 3. Click the blue "Disconnect" button. 4. Click the red "Disconnect" button to confirm.

You have successfully disconnected your Libre CGM from endo.digital.
