This guide provides a straightforward process for managing patient consent, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations. By following this guide, users can efficiently manage patient consent, enhancing their ability to maintain ethical standards in patient care.

Functionality is available from Site and Organizational levels

Open Patient card

Click "Consents"

Here you can check all record's consents which were assigned by questionnaire or added manually

At Site level, Consent tab looks slightly different

You can expand the content

If you want to add a new one, click "Add consent"

Click this checkbox.

Fill in the "Consent source" field.

Click "Save"

The consent is added to patient card and information "Consent added successfully" apears

If patient withdraw a consent you can withdraw it. To do that epand consent and click "Withdraw"

Provide reason in the "Enter reason" field and click "Withdraw"

You can also check the whole history of changes of consents. To do that click the icon "Consent hisotry"
