Navigate to [https://h-hrapps-prod.umh.edu/](https://h-hrapps-prod.umh.edu/)

Click "Development Plans"

Click "Goals"

You can navigate to your GROW page from your Goals page at any time

To add an AI generated goal, select the "+" icon

To manually add a goal, select "Add Goal"

Complete the fields

To create an action item, select the Add Action Items field and enter your text

Then select the "Add" button, this will populate your action item

Select "Save Goal"

You can view, edit, or delete your Goals at any time

To view the Goal action items, select the action item dropdown

To complete an action item, select the adjacent checkbox

As you complete action items for your goals, the completion percentage will update in real-time
