Generate Delivery Dockets Report in Thrive Accounts

Navigate to <https://app.thriveaccounts.com/> and open the Sales Module.

Click "Delivery Dockets"

There are several options for filtering your report. You can filter the report to only show delivery dockets with a specific status - this can be cancelled, completed, invoiced or undelivered dockets.

filter the amounts to a specific range of periods,

or a range of dates.

You can also choose a specific currency,

only show amounts for a specific customer account, sales type, or sales rep.

Click "RUN REPORT"

This will display a summary of all delivery dockets on the system for each customer account. On the left is the customer account code and name,

in the middle is the currency

and on the right is the net value in the customer currency, the net value in your home currency, the net unbilled value in the customer currency, and the net unbilled value in your home currency.

At the bottom will be a grand total for each value.

You can change the type of report from summary to detailed using the transaction type dropdown

This will show every invoiced, complete, undelivered and cancelled delivery docket on the system for each customer account, with a grand total at the bottom.

Lastly, you can export your report to a CSV file or to a PDF using the download icons in the top right.
