Generate Stock Position Reports on Thrive Accounts

Navigate to <https://app.thriveaccounts.com/>and open the Stock module.

Click "Stock Position"

Click "RUN REPORT" to generate a stock position report for all inventory on the system.

A PDF will be generated, showing the stock details on the left,

and the number of products in stock, the number on a purchase order, and number on a sales order on the right.

We have several options for breaking down our report using the report type dropdown.

By default, the "product" option lists each product on the system. Choosing "Group" breaks the report down by product groups.

Click "RUN REPORT" to re-generate the PDF.

Here we see each product group. At the top are products without a product group selected,

and underneath is every product that is part of a product group, with the name of the group shown.

We can also break our report down by the location where a product is held. Click the dropdown, choose "Location," and run the report.

Here we can see all products that are located at our stores.

We also have a number of options for filtering our report. We can filter to a specific product or product group,

or filter to the main supplier. Choosing a supplier means the report will only show products with this account as the main supplier on a Product’s record page.

Similarly - selecting a location will only show products with this location set on a product's record page. We can also choose whether or not to include any products on the report with zero as the balance - by default this will be no.

Lastly, we can choose to filter up to a specific accounting period - this will be the current period by default.
