Generate Supplier Aged Analysis Report in Thrive Accounts

Thriveaccounts

Navigate to <https://app.thriveaccounts.com/> and open the Purchases module.

Click "Supplier Aged Analysis"

Enter the period you are accounting up to - by default this will be the current open period for the purchases module.

Choose whether or not to include zero balances.

You can filter the report to a specific supplier account, or supplier group here.

You can also choose to only display suppliers with a specific account currency, or account manager

Lastly, you can change to sort order from supplier code to currency code.

Click "RUN REPORT"

On the left of the report we will see the current supplier account and currency

In the middle we see the ageing of the supplier account, with the ageing for the current period going back 4 accounting periods.

On the right is the total ageing for the account in the currency of supplier account and the total in your home currency.

To change the report from the summary view to the detailed view, use the report type dropdown in the top right and choose detailed.

Click "RUN REPORT" to view the detailed report.

In the detailed report, we see all outstanding transactions with aged credit for each supplier account, along with the ageing periods and totals. The detailed view is useful for monitoring ageing for a specific supplier to avoid slippage and identify transactions that can be quickly paid back.

The footer for each supplier record shows the total for each aged period and the totals.

Lastly, you can export your report to a CSV file or to a PDF using the download icons in the top right.
