Generating Customer Statements in Balance

Please note that this is an **Ultimate** only feature and can be accessed via the **Balance** tab. If you are an Ultimate user and you cannot see Balance on your account, please let the Support team know and we can enable this on your account.

Click into Balance > Reports.

Click into 'Customer Statements'.

Search the desired customer's name in the 'Account' field. You can choose from the list by scrolling down, or you can just type their name.

You can edit the date range from 'All Time' if required, and choose your exact desired start and end dates. You can also switch from Newest to Oldest to the reverse if needed.

You will see that all transaction history is shown on the statement, along with the invoiced/paid totals and the opening/closing balances. You can click 'Export' in the top right corner to export the statement as a PDF or CSV.
