Generating a "Form Category Completion Report" (applicable for student and teacher information)

Navigate to: <https://cie.powerschool.com/admin/pw.html>

Select, "Data and Reporting" Select, "Form Reports" Click "Form Category Completion Report"

Select the "Student" option.
Tip! You can select "Teacher" from the above dropdown to pull the same report for teachers versus students.

Select the "SCDE School Climate" option.

Select, " 2025 Student School Climate Survey."

Select, "Apply." This will show you a report of all student users who have completed, or not completed, the survey.
Tip! For your convenience, you can filter the header row by selecting the specific field you wish to restructure.
