Generating a Sales Analysis Report

Navigate to <https://app.thriveaccounts.com/> and open the Sales module.

Click "Sales Analysis"

By default, the sales analysis report will display the starting period for this financial year to the current accounting period, for all customer accounts.

Click "RUN REPORT" to see the report.

Here we see just the list of accounts on the system with their account balance to the current period.

For filtering to a specific customer account, select your customer from the list.

You can change the accounting period range using these fields.

You can add a comparative range of accounting periods in this dropdown. You can choose the year to date, prior periods to the range set, the same range last year, or chose to select specific periods.

This is where you enter your comparative periods if you chose ‘Select periods’ in the comparatives dropdown. These fields are disabled if you choose any other comparative, but you can see which periods the system selected.

This is how the comparative looks for the year to date versus last year

You can also filter to a specific date range,

filter to customers with a specific account currency, sales rep or customer group,

or filter to customers in one of your 3 customer analysis groups.

Lastly, you can choose whether or not to include customer accounts with zero values.

You can download your sales analysis report as a CSV file or PDF using the download icons in the top right.
