Go to platform.sparkadvisors.com.

Click **Settings** at the bottom left of the screen.

Click **Communication preferences**

Click **Enabled**

To activate Call Recording, click **Activate call recording** after you've read the prompt.

Make sure your forwarding number is updated.

Click **Save changes** to ensure the feature and your forwarding number are fully updated.
