Navigate to [https://app.cleanclaims.com/](https://app.staging.cleanclaims.com/)

Click "Admin"

Click "Project Configuration"

Click "Documents"

You now have the ability to add prefill tokens in your project documents that will take data from your project and insert that into any form of your choosing. To get started, you're going to go into your edit document template.

Click "Edit template"

From here, you'll see on the right hand side, the Docuseal autofill Tokens.

Each one of these labels will provide a token that you can copy and paste into. The specific form fields within your document signature fields. For all the contact related fields, this will be pull all available fields from the individual that you assign on the submission field within a project.

The client address component, will provide all the details that is inserted in on the sales call.

The insurance fields. Will also be pulled from any information. That is inserted. On the sales call portion of the project.

To use any of the available prefill fields, All you'll need to do is click on the specific one that you'd like to auto fill, and paste that specific token in the label of the needed form field.

It's important that each one still contains the brackets { } and is a direct copy from the auto fill labels component. Once you have labeled each field accordingly that you want to pre-populate, click SAVE save on your document and that will be ready for your next project.

If you want to leverage this after making edits in an existing project, you will need to sync the documents to your project. All new projects will have the new settings applied.

Any fields that are labled with the { } pre-form, when creating a submission and filling out will attempt to prefill the items in the form. These still will be available to edit/change in the signing process if needed. If a Pre-fill field does not populate, it means we did not capture that specific information on the contact or within the sales call, but will still have the option to fill out accordingly.
