Navigate to the [**VU Zoom Portal**](https://victoriauniversity.zoom.us/).

Click "Download Client"

Click the **download link** appropriate for your device.

Follow the installer's steps to download the client.
Sign-in to Zoom

Select the option for "**SSO**" sign-in.

Enter "**victoriauniversity**".

Click "**Continue**".

Log into the VU Portal with your VU **Staff Credentials**.

You have successfully signed into your VU Staff Zoom account!
Updating your Profile Picture

Click the "**Settings**" cog.

Click "**My Account**".

Select the empty default **profile picture**.

Select the profile photo you would like to upload.

Adjust the crop area with the **slider** if necessary, and **save** when done.

Accessing your Zoom Classroom

From the Unit's homepage, click "**Communication**" then "**Zoom Classroom**".

You will find all scheduled virtual class links here. Click **Start** or **Join** to open the meeting.
