Give and Take Control in a Meeting

Having Control within a Videosign meeting allows users to perform actions, such as signing a document, starting a recording, uploading documents etc. The Host of the meeting room chooses who to give Control to, and they can take back Control at any time they like. Only one participant can have control at any one time.

Videosign

**Enter** the meeting.

The **"In control"** light will appear on the participant who currently has control. Only one participant can have control at any one time.

To give control to the other participant, click on **"Give Control"** in the bottom-right corner. If there is more than one other participant, simply click on them before clicking **"Give Control"**.

The **"In control"** light will appear on the participant.

To take back control, click **"Take Control"**. You can give and take control as many times as you like during a meeting.
