Head to the Zapier automation that you have.

Click on the "Google Calendar".

First, establish your Google Calendar connection here in Zapier. Once done, check its status and it should look like this.

Next, click on the "Filter Conditions".

Check if the filter dictates that the workflow will proceed if the "Attendee Emails" exist.

Lastly, click on the Gmail module.

Check the details such as the "from", "from Name", and etc.

Check the structure of the subject line, and if the variables have been mapped correctly.

Check the content of the body (adjust accordingly), and if the variables have been mapped correctly.

Once done, close the tab.

To actually test it out, head to your Google Calendar.

Create an event.

Add the guests for the event.

Click "Invite all guests".

Check the guest's email for the testing purpose.
