Grant Access to Guest in Newberg Permit Portal

Applicants can enhance communication and efficiency in the permitting process by adding people that are involved with the permit as a Guest. Adding a person as a Guest allows that person to view, pay, request inspections and manage documents related to the application. Access can easily be granted or revoked, making it a flexible and user-friendly resource. This guide provides a step-by-step process for adding Guests.

Opengov

Applicants are able to add Guests to a specific Permit that they applied for. Guest will be able to view, make payments, receive permit notifications, request inspections and add attachments to the application. TO ADD A GUEST: Log into your Account on the Permit Portal <https://newbergor.portal.opengov.com/>

Click "Applications" To find the application you want to add the Guest to.

Once the Application is open on the Left side you will see Selections under YOUR Submission, Click "Guests"

This opens another screen where you can enter in as many guests as needed. Enter the Guests email in the "Guest's Email" field.

Click "Grant Access" The guest will receive an email that they have been added to the permit as soon as they are granted access. You will be able to revoke access to a guest at any time.
