Grantee Onboarding How-to: Sign in and complete an application in Temelio

As a grantee, you will access a foundation's application via their website or directly be invited via email. If you are invited via email, you will click the "click here to view" button and be prompted to sign in. If you are coming from a public website link, skip this step.

If you are new to Temelio Click "Sign Up" and follow the below steps:

Create a username using the email you were invited to complete the application with and create a password. Then click "Create Account.

If you have signed in to Temelio before, Click "Sign in" and enter your email and password or use one of our SSO options.

If you are new to Temelio, you will be asked to enter your organization's information. These fields are not required if you prefer to skip certain questions.

You can click our "EIN through Candid integration" button if you are a registered organization and many of these fields will populate for you.

Enter your EIN to populate this and click "populate metadata".

Add any additional team members that may need to access your Temelio profile.

When finished, click "Complete setup".

You will then be prompted to the application. You have the option to save your responses as you work and download as a word document or a PDF for your records. You will need to enter all responses directly in Temelio to submit the application.

Fill out the application.

Click "Submit Response" to submit your completed application.

Click "Confirm" to confirm your submission. You are done completing an application!
