Ideal-Logic

Navigate to <https://apps.ideal-logic.com/txstreg?key=KMYT-SPD5R_K9KH-5PTF_bc8079a1dc68> and log in using a "Non-Texas State" account. If you have not created an ideal-logic account in the past you'll need to do so from that page. Once you are signed in Click the "Me " field.

Click "Next >"

Click "Add School Name"

Type you school name.

Click "Confirm"

Click the "Large School or Small School" field.

Choose the field that best describes how your students will pay for camp. If you need to provide more explanation, you can do so in the text box.

Click this field and add any detailed information about how the funding for each student will be taken care of. You may leave any notes we need to know in this box.

For example, if the school will be paying partial amounts for different students type the name and the amount. Example: "John Doe, $100 [[Enter]] Jane Doe, $125 [[Enter]]"

Click "Next >"

Click "Add Students"

You will want to download the sample spreadsheet and add you students. Please be accurate with parent/guardian emails in this sheet as this is the address that the system will use to send notification to parents. The parents will be responsible for completing registration including voice part, electives, and optional items such as purchasing music or voice lessons. Please be sure students/parents know if you are providing their music or if you will pay for extras or if they will be responsible for extras. Click "Select Files to Upload"

Click "Start Import »" If you receive an error, it is likey that your file is not formatted correctly or that you did not save it as a .csv file.

Click "Done Importing"

Click "Yes"

Click "Submit Registration"

Click "Yes" This will officially submit your registration and notify our registrar. We will make adjustments to accounts to try to prevent parents from paying amounts that will be covered by the school. We will also apply the group discount if you registered 10 or more students.
