Topsheet is the entertainment payroll service that will be your one-stop shop for getting background work, start forms, work details, and getting paid. The extras casting is currently in beta, so bookings may start slow, but signing up now will get you priority booking for all future productions as a background actor.\ \ Topsheet has been around since 2019 and has been used in many movies, TV shows, and other production products. They have a great team that is very helpful.

Create a Topsheet Extras Profile

Click the filed to start filling out your **Full Name, Email, Phone Number**.

**Click "Password"** and c**reate a password**. This will be how you get paid for doing extra work, we suggest using a very secure password, and a password manager to keep it. - 8 Characters - 1 Uppercase (minimum)\\ - 1 Number (minimum)\\ - 1 Special Character (!@#$%^&\*())

Click this checkbox. "**Become Background Actor**" this will put you on the list that Topsheet will send to The Shortlist.

**Click the "Captcha"** field and enter the letters above your Captcha.

Click **"CREATE AN ACCOUNT"**

Fill Out Your Extra Profile Details

From your dashboard **Click "ACCOUNT"**

Scroll down if needed, and at the bottom of the list on the left **Click "Extras Profile"**

1. If the box on the next step is not checked, you will not be on our list of extras, and will not be submitted. 2. We will only share your extras profile information with Casting and Extra's Handling team for productions you are hired on, it will not be displayed on your regular Topsheet account publically.

To start **Click the "I want to be an extra!" field.**

This form will ask you about all of your extra casting details, such as address for distance to film sets, sizes for wardrobe, ethnicity, age range, etc. This will give us the details to get you cast on films, commercials, and shows. \ \ Do as much as you can at first, more details more jobs, but you can come back and edit this later.

Once you have completed to form be sure to **Click "UPDATE EXTRAS PROFILE"**

Fill Out Your Start Forms

You do not need to do this until you have been hired or when you when showing up to a signup day with one of our Extras Casting Team, but you will have to do this to work and get paid.

**Click "My Documents"** Here You will fill out **Bank Information, I9, W4, and State Tax Form.**

Click "Banking Information"

Click "State Forms"
